Context note

The June 9, 2026 Culver City decision increases the Culver City portion from 104 to 115 units, including 17 source-described affordable units (five very-low-income and 12 workforce units), reduces ground-floor commercial space from 19,012 to 14,209 square feet, and results in a combined 175-unit project when the 60-unit Los Angeles portion is included. A June 29, 2026 Urbanize report instead says the Culver City side remains at 104 units and gives a 164-unit combined total. CCR preserves that discrepancy and treats the later direct City decision/current-project records as the canonical current municipal description. The Los Angeles project record supplies the broader Washington, Meier and Zanja address ranges and APNs.
