A New York State administrative record names Darrick Green as the contact for Cobblestone Development Consulting LLC in Sugar Land for a February 2022-January 2023 plan period; secondary corporate-profile data places Jones's founder/CEO role beginning in 2020, while 2023 public-record-derived material independently confirms Jones as CEO/Managing Partner. Green later appears in 2026 Culver City records as Deputy Transportation Officer/Director. This establishes a documented prior-company-to-City temporal bridge, but not who recruited Green or whether the earlier connection affected any City appointment or decision. Rachel Otley's prior Cobblestone finance role is documented, but exact dates are not yet sufficient to assert direct overlap with Jones. A user-supplied May 26, 2026 City email production shows Jones forwarding a resident audit request about Jubilo Village to senior staff and writing that Planning and Development had been leading the project and that they should discuss project management and execution.
