Center Theatre Group's current website identifies the Kirk Douglas Theatre at 9820 Washington Boulevard and describes CTG as a registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit theatre organization. The 9814 Washington records establish contractual development and coordination roles; they do not establish that CTG held fee title to 9814 Washington Boulevard. HCD uses the spelling 'Center Theater Group' in its 2022 letter, while the organization's own branding uses 'Center Theatre Group.'
