Context note

The September 18, 2026 ruling reproduced by DecisionDepot states that CCUSD's governing board approved a Year 2 Purchase Order for $600,000 rather than the $1.5 million amount in New Earth's proposal and granted the District's summary-judgment motion. CCR has not independently retrieved a final signed judgment or complete docket disposition and does not treat the reproduced ruling as proof of facts outside the issues decided there. CCR now archives the primary litigation files. The Jiménez declaration authenticates $600,000 purchase orders for Years 1 and 2 and the District's standard purchase-order terms. The September 18, 2026 court order granted the District's summary-judgment motion. The 2019–2022 CCUSD public-record collection added to CCR preserves a separate set of district emails, Board reports, lease materials and supporting documents; individual statements in those records are attributed to their authors and are not treated as formal district policy unless the source establishes Board or agency action. CCR also tracks Board Member Triston Ezidore's separate private employment with Highland Electric Fleets. That role overlap is documented, but the current public-record search did not identify a CCUSD-Highland contract, award, procurement action, or grant partnership, so no such relationship is asserted. CCR also records a 2025 Amazon education-support partnership coordinated with the Culver City Education Foundation and a December 2025 fentanyl-test-device pilot involving DEFENT/Defense Diagnostics. Triston Ezidore is linked to these records only to the extent documented by the sources: attendance/representation at the Amazon event and public support for the Board-approved pilot.
