CCUSD salary data for City workforce-housing inquiry and income categories
In October and November 2021, Culver City staff asked CCUSD for employee-income information for an affordable-housing report. District staff provided rough salary-category estimates and warned that the figures could not account for household income, part-time work or other missing information.

City staff member Tevis Barnes asks Kelly Kent how many CCUSD employees fall into very-low, low, moderate and workforce-income categories and whether the district knows how many teachers or students had left because of housing costs.
Kent forwards the request to district administrators. Robert Quinn circulates rough employee counts by income category, while Fiscal Services Director Sean Kearney cautions that the estimates assume one-person households and cannot accurately capture household income, part-time equivalencies or other missing factors.
The packet also includes Los Angeles County 2021 income-limit tables used in the City's inquiry. CCR treats the district counts as rough working estimates because the emails themselves explicitly warn about their limitations.
