Canonical property/site record preserves changing project names and source-specific descriptions rather than creating duplicate pages. A January 2025 Carson Reclamation Authority real-property notice describes approximately 86.5 acres at 20400 S. Main Street, while a 2024 City press release calls Carson Place a 96-acre lifestyle and industrial park; these are retained as source-specific acreage descriptions. Carson's 2024 State of the City script described a then-current residential concept with 764 multifamily units, about 10,000 square feet of restaurants and more than 111,000 square feet of open space. Earlier audited/public records describe a concept including a roughly 12-acre signature community park plus restaurants, playground, retail/entertainment, industrial, fulfillment and logistics uses. These evolving descriptions are not treated as a single frozen entitlement plan.
