The memo says homeless students were identified with Very High chronic absenteeism, Very High suspension and Very Low academic performance in math and English language arts. Students with disabilities were identified with Very High chronic absenteeism and Very Low academic performance.

The memo explains that the 2022 Dashboard would report Status only because AB 130 limited the state to 2021-22 performance data, so year-over-year Change and the usual performance-level colors would not be reported.

CCUSD's preliminary response plan calls for identifying problems of practice, root-cause analysis, MTSS-based systems review, stakeholder communication, classroom and site-level action research, alignment of academic/behavioral/social-emotional supports and ongoing measurement of implementation and outcomes.
