The Brookwood scope includes review of the 2019 Facilities Master Plan, title and easement research, preliminary environmental and market analysis, traffic and utility review, geotechnical work, state-law analysis, and possible pathways toward permit-ready development of district-owned property.
The same briefing reports preliminary K-12 enrollment of 6,799 students for 2022-23 compared with 6,763 the prior year, a 0.53 percent increase. K-5 and grades 6-8 increased, grades 9-12 were essentially flat, and iAcademy enrollment fell from 104 to 2.
The document also lists a revised interdistrict-attendance policy, graduation-requirement policy, assessment reporting and other agenda items, placing the Brookwood discussion within a broader weekly superintendent update rather than as a stand-alone housing document.
