Daniel Lee introduction to LA Works and CCUSD
An August 2022 email chain shows Culver City Councilmember Daniel Lee introducing L.A. Works to CCUSD Superintendent Quoc Tran after L.A. Works sought meetings for an Audible outreach effort. The chain also names Paula Amezola, Kelly Kent, Vote16 Culver City and New Earth founder Harry Grammer as other contacts L.A. Works wanted to meet.

L.A. Works vice president Nahtahna Cabanes told Lee she was meeting Culver City leaders so she could give the Audible team a broader picture of local needs and possible ways Audible could make an impact.
Cabanes said she had already contacted Paula Amezola and Kelly Kent from CCUSD and Vote16 Culver City, and asked Lee to introduce her to Superintendent Quoc Tran and Harry Grammer of New Earth.
Lee introduced Cabanes to Tran and said he had suggested that Audible speak with the superintendent about AVPA and other possible long-term relationships. Tran replied that he was interested in opportunities for L.A. Works to support district initiatives and directed staff to arrange a meeting.
